Return Policy

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by Fonora Textile Inc. Authorization for returns or exchange will be given within fifteen (15) days following receipt of merchandise. Call customer service for return/exchange authorization. Only an authorized return/exchange will be accepted for credit. We reserve the right to refuse an unauthorized return and have it returned at customer expense.

Claims

Any claims for damage during transportation or missing merchandise should be reported to customer service within three (3) days following receipt of merchandise.

Procedures

  1. Contact our customer service department @ 1-800-667-3197.
  2. Authorization for return will be issued.
  3. Indicate the Authorization # as well as original order # on the return package.
  4. Credit will be issued once merchandise is received and verified.
